To a place I was taken
Expecting things I know WILL happen and did happened
but in a tolerable and acceptable way
wished the night is still young, didnt want it to end
met new people, made new friends, make new ways
and different perspective of a different atmosphere...
never expected to be near home too...
reminded myself and prayed to be 'safe'
am greatful
am honoured
am pleased with myself....
I CAN protect my dignity
I CAN resist temptation
I CAN say NO
I CAN believe in my strength
And the best part was
I DID say yes in the first place..
I DID agree
I DID follow
Now Im home safe and sound again
Still in one piece
